Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing financial operations in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
- Experience in investor relations and reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive execution without getting lost in details
- Hands-on mentality, leading by example
- Proficiency in financial software and analytics tools
- Fluent in German and English
What the job involves
- As the Senior Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting, and supporting strategic finance and financing initiatives
- Your responsibilities will include overseeing accounting processes, managing SaaS and investor reporting, and handling various finance topics
- Oversee all accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and audits
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with relevant standards
- Develop and manage comprehensive reporting for SaaS metrics and KPIs
- Prepare financial reports for investors and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the executive team to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Manage cash flow, funding, and capital structure to support business growth
- Explore and implement financing options to ensure the company's financial stability and growth
