Who you are
- 1-3 years experience in marketing, we’re open to graduate profiles as well
- Strong copywriting skills is a must - clear, concise, engaging, and user-focused
- Creative, energetic, and full of ideas (we’ll test this)
- Comfort working cross-functionally
- Genuine curiosity and familiarity with crypto
- Comfortable working with data

What the job involves
- As Product Marketing Associate, you’ll shape how Ready’s products are positioned, conveyed, and launched. both internally and externally
- This is not a pure content or social role. You’ll focus on clarity, positioning, and conversion, ensuring that product features translate into clear user value and action
- You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Design, and Customer Support to turn launches, campaigns, and education into meaningful adoption
- Define Ready’s product positioning across core use cases (card, self-custody, Bitcoin, everyday spending)
- Turn features into clear, user-facing value propositions
- Ensure consistent messaging across website, lifecycle, paid campaigns, affiliates, and social
- Own product education and onboarding content (tutorials, explainers, FAQs)
- Own go-to-market messaging for product launches and feature updates
- Partner with Product and Design to shape launch narratives, timelines, and assets
- Coordinate product messaging across channels (website, email, social, in-app)
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Growth, Design, and Support
- Bring user insights and market context into product discussions
- Enable Growth teams with clear narratives on what to sell and why it resonates
- Ensure Ready’s tone of voice is clear, confident, and consistent

Our take
The public popularity of cryptocurrency is increasing, but the level of sophistication required is holding back mainstream adoption, and concepts like seed phrases and cold wallets have meant crypto has stayed mainly within technology-savvy communities. To open the space up to more users, Argent have created a smart wallet which feels more like logging into your bank account, where people can buy, earn, stake, and trade on Ethereum Layer 2.
Argent's pull is in its consumer-friendly, non-intimidating approach. It boasts low fees, high speeds, and quality security, alongside all the functions of saving, sending, borrowing, earning interest, and investing. Additionally, users can assign Argent Guardians in the form of trusted persons, third-party services, or hardware wallets, that can approve account recovery or untrusted transactions, but do not have access to their assets, instead of having to remember a key.
With the underlying wallet infrastructure in place, Argent has plans to build a Super App combining numerous DeFi and Web 3.0 features including virtual real estate, gaming, and NFTs. The company has seen growing demand from Latin America, and will begin expansion into the region with entry into Mexico.
