- Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification
- 5+ years related project/program management experience or experience as paralegal at a law firm, in-house experience a plus
What the job involves
- Workday’s Legal M&A team drives transaction success for Workday’s inorganic growth through the execution and integration of compelling acquisition opportunities in core and new market sectors
- We partner closely with Workday’s executive team, corporate development, integration management office, product strategy, finance, HR and various functional leads to evaluate, analyze, and implement the company’s global M&A initiatives
- The Program Manager will support all aspects of M&A including coordinating legal diligence efforts and integration activities, as well as leading ad-hoc projects that support the continued automation and evolution of the Legal function of M&A at Workday
- We own the Legal deal process from pre-acquisition diligence through post-acquisition program management, integration, execution, budget forecasting and management, and governance
- This position will interact closely with legal teammates and business clients across the organization
