What the job involves

We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager- AI to lead a highly strategic new product for Xero. This is a unique role where you’ll be the “startup PM” for a small team
This role will start off as a senior IC role to begin with, but could grow over time
Set strategic direction for the new AI product
Deeply scope out user needs and product features
Work closely with design to reimagine the interaction mechanism and UX
Work closely with AI and eng teams to build and iterate quickly
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to incorporate into your product thinking
Communicate strategy and updates with execs and stakeholders
Ship quickly!
