What the job involves
- As a Manager Strategist, you will play a critical leadership role, overseeing the delivery of high-impact strategic projects for your clients
- This position is designed for seasoned strategists who have demonstrated success in leading complex engagements and are ready to take on greater responsibility in managing and leading Client relationships, guiding teams, and driving the strategic direction of digital experiences

- Strategic objectives, and addressing their evolving needs. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify new
- Opportunities for strategic partnership
- Project Leadership: Lead multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring project objectives are met, timelines are
- Adhered to, and client satisfaction is met (and exceeded!).This role will also manage their own allocation on strategy projects and is responsible for delivering outputs effectively
- Data-Driven Insights: Design and run research, market analysis, and data gathering process to develop robust data-driven
- Insights and formulate strategic recommendations
- Strategy Development & Depth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive and innovative strategies that address Client challenges, leverage market opportunities, and drive business growth. Present strategic recommendations to Clients and senior leadership. Experience in customer journey mapping, ecosystem analysis, and
- Developing frameworks is preferred
- Business Development: Play a key role in supporting business development efforts, including contributing to proposal development, research, and identifying additional business opportunities on existing projects
- Team Collaboration: Lead fresh thinking and be a teacher and learner within the Strategy group
