Who you are
- You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in B2B within the fintech industry or SaaS
- You demonstrate expertise in successfully navigating complex and lengthy sales cycles
- You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- You naturally excel at building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- You have strong problem-solving skills
- You have a BSc/BA degree or equivalent experience
What the job involves
- We are excited to hire our first Head of Sales and Partnerships who will be dedicated to actively uncovering and cultivating new business opportunities for our company
- Your exceptional ability to secure and close deals will shine through as you utilise various channels to reach your goals
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies and tactics to target key industry sectors
- Explore new business opportunities, with a strong emphasis on building and nurturing solid relationships as the main point of contact
- Engage potential partners through various communication channels and prepare all necessary documentation for meetings
- Create, manage, and cultivate a significant sales pipeline, meticulously documenting and evaluating all activities
- Support operational and product teams in implementing loan programs for new partners, ensuring smooth integration and successful outcomes
- Analyze and monitor sales data, extracting valuable insights to inform decision-making
