Director of Strategic Partnerships, Rula

• We are seeking a highly motivated, mission-driven sales leader to serve as our Director of Strategic Partnership Growth
• 10+ years of healthcare business development or quota-carrying sales experience
• 5+ years managing complex, long-cycle strategic sales processes
• Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem and funds flow, particularly regarding health plans, EAPs, and self-insured employers
• Proven ability to engage C-suite healthcare executives, driving end-to-end deal origination, outreach, and discovery
