Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, content writing & marketing, or related roles within the energy, sustainability, or technology sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
- Excellent understanding of energy and sustainability concepts, and ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in creating engaging presentations and marketing collateral with a superb design sensibility
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and departments
- Highly organized, with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems is a plus
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a sustainable future and making a positive impact
- Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado
What the job involves
- As the Senior Associate, Product Marketing for Sales Enablement, you will be an essential bridge between our product marketing team and our dynamic sales force
- Collaborating closely with our product marketing managers, products team, and go-to-market teams, you will help translate complex technical information into compelling, customer-facing materials that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our energy and sustainability solutions
- You will help manage and maintain the content management system, supporting the sales enablement process
- This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on our sales efforts while contributing to our larger mission of creating a sustainable future
- This position reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager
- Collaborate closely with product marketing managers and the products team to understand the unique value propositions and benefits of our energy and sustainability solutions
- Craft persuasive and informative sales collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, brochures, case studies, and other customer-facing materials
- Leverage design skills and an eye for design to create visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to gather insights and ensure alignment of messaging
- Develop content marketing strategies to amplify the reach and impact of our sales collateral
- Create content that resonates with our diverse customer segments, addressing their pain points and highlighting the tangible advantages of our solutions
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the content repository, ensuring that sales teams have easy access to up-to-date marketing materials
- Provide playbooks, training and support to sales team members on how to effectively use marketing collateral, overcoming objections and winning vs. our key competitors during the sales process
