• Recruit high quality coaches globally: proactively sourcing qualified candidates that meet our demographic needs, as well as managing inbound applications
• Manage Coach Community: keeping a growing community of executive coaches up to date on Sama practices, enabling peer learning, gathering feedback, ensuring engagement, developing and promoting resources
• Track and report on data related to recruitment and coach community
• Recruit key candidates for Sama team: manage interview process from job posting through to onboarding new hire
• Organize internal and external events: recruiting, training, information and social
