Role
Who you are
- Senior Talent Acquisition or Talent Partner experience
- Recruitment background in SaaS, technology or a scale up environment
- Strong understanding of Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations and proven background of hiring a range of difference skill profiles
- Experience partnering with C Suite and senior leadership
- Strong data, reporting and market insight skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technology
- Demonstrable use of AI and automation in recruitment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
- Based within commuting distance of Bristol

- Own recruitment from sourcing through to offer across Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Manage multiple hiring pipelines independently
- Build strong direct talent pipelines and reduce agency reliance
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies. 10% | Employer Brand, EVP & Candidate Experience
- Develop and evolve our EVP and employer brand
- Improve candidate touchpoints and the overall recruitment experience
- Help modernise our careers site and recruitment messaging. 10% | Systems, ATS & Process Optimisation
- Review and optimise our recruitment technology and processes
- Audit our current ATS and benchmark relevant market alternatives
- Identify opportunities for automation and improved efficiency
- Embed AI and new technology where it adds value. 10% | Talent Analytics & C Suite Advisory
- Build meaningful Talent Acquisition reporting and dashboards
- Use data and market insight to inform hiring decisions
- Advise the CFO and leadership team on recruitment strategy and performance. Your first 9 months 3 Months
- Own all recruitment activity with minimal agency reliance
- Complete an ATS and recruitment technology audit
- Establish baseline metrics including time to fill, cost per hire and source mix
- Review the candidate journey, EVP and careers site. 6 Months
- Present recommendations on our ATS and recruitment technology
- Launch improvements to our EVP and careers site
- Establish regular Talent Acquisition reporting for leadership
- Improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. 9 Months
- Demonstrate improvements in hiring speed, quality and cost
- Establish scalable talent pipelines across the business
- Review the impact of our recruitment technology and EVP improvements
- Embed further AI and automation across recruitment workflows

2022 saw large changes to the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and its Consumer Duty regulations, which have meant that companies such as Moneyhub, an Open Finance data and payments platform, are more important than ever.
Moneyhub has gone from strength to strength as a data analytics for finance platform. A winner of the UK Fintech Awards 2021, Moneyhub helps businesses develop better ways to engage with their customers through consent-driven data. It also gives companies and people the power to make more informed decisions about risk management and investment through their big data.
The influx of VC funding Moneyhub has received reflects the growing need for more powerful financial management and customer engagement tools, especially as corporation tax and cost of living rise exponentially. Moneyhub is a leader in this area, at a time when companies like it are under more pressure to help navigate a rocky economy. On that subject, Moneyhub closed off its D2C practices in 2025 to focus entirely on products for B2B customers, including a white-label engagement platform, APIs for open data and credit and payment decisioning solutions.
