• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Eagerness to expand your knowledge of crypto and customer service
• A hands-on mentality and adaptability to changing situations
• Ability to anticipate and manage client emotions proactively and reactively
• Demonstrated ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations

• Serve as a vocal advocate for our customers internally, advocating for bug resolutions and product enhancements to enhance customer happiness and meet their evolving needs
• Liaise with partners and suppliers to address support cases effectively
• Propose innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Cultivate peace of mind, trust, and confidence in every customer interaction
