What the job involves
- Lead and manage the financial data platform group responsible for building a performant, scalable, and accurate platform that powers transactions search, reconciliation, portfolio and financial reporting
- Drive the technical strategy and execution to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing, enabling the team to scale efficiently with increasing transaction volumes
- Ensure high standards of data integrity by leading efforts to improve data consistency, enhance reconciliation processes, and establish robust auditing capabilities across the platform
- Guide the team in extending the platform to support 10+ new countries, collaborating cross-functionally to align on requirements, timelines, and quality standards
