Who you are
- This role is perfect for a senior marketing generalist who balances high-level strategic judgment with a practical, execution-first mindset
- Senior B2B Marketing Experience: Proven experience in a Head of Marketing or senior B2B marketing manager role, ideally gained within a high-growth scale-up or fast-paced agency environment
- True Generalist Skillset: Comprehensive, hands-on experience across a full mix of B2B channels (LinkedIn, email/CRM, PR management, content, collateral, and events)
- GTM & Product Launch Track Record: Demonstrated experience taking B2B products to market, driving early adoption, and managing ongoing product lifecycle campaigns
- Commercially Driven: Exceptional judgment and organisational skills—able to prioritise high-value commercial impact without neglecting the fundamental "always-on" marketing engine that maintains brand presence
- Strong Communicator: Outstanding written communication with an innate understanding of B2B tone. You know how to talk to individual business owners clearly and directly
- Agile & Organised: Thrives in a dynamic environment; capable of taking an ambiguous brief, establishing clear priorities, coordinating internal stakeholders, and delivering to a high standard
What the job involves
- We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and hands-on Head of B2B Marketing to lead and shape GetAgent’s B2B marketing function
- Reporting directly to our CEO, Colby Short, you will set the strategy and roadmap with a clear focus on driving commercial growth, strengthening agent engagement, and driving the adoption of our expanding portfolio of B2B products
- You’ll be comfortable switching fluidly between long-term strategic projects, multi-channel product launches, and high-quality, always-on B2B marketing execution
- Strategy & Commercial Roadmap: Set the overarching B2B marketing strategy, priorities, KPIs, and reporting framework, aligning all marketing activity directly with GetAgent’s commercial objectives
- Brand, Messaging & Voice: Own B2B brand communications across email, social (primarily LinkedIn), web, events, PR, collateral, and product messaging. You will act as the ultimate guardian of our brand voice
- Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM): Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Sales to shape positioning, launch strategy, messaging, and post-launch lifecycle campaigns for GA Pro and future B2B product releases
- Full Lifecycle Engagement: Develop marketing initiatives that drive agent acquisition, activation, product adoption, and long-term retention—helping agents get maximum value from our services while maximising commercial return for GetAgent
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Take loose or high-level business ideas, build structure around them, and collaborate across B2B teams (Sales, Product, Growth, and Ops) to take integrated campaigns from concept to measurable execution
- Team Leadership & Development: Line manage and mentor our marketing exec, and provide cross functional management of stakeholders and projects.
- Process & AI Efficiency: Proactively leverage AI tools and marketing automation (e.g., Customer.io) to optimise workflows, improve audience segmentation, and maximise output from a lean, fast-moving team

Homeowners looking to sell use this information to help them choose the best estate agent and maximise the sale value of their homes.
GetAgent also provides agents with leads that they only pay for if the introduction turns into a sale, with thousands of estate agents making use of the platform. Altogether, the sales of over £100 billion worth of property have been associated with the platform, through hundreds of thousands of homeowner users.
The data GetAgent uses to create performance comparisons originates from the research the company had conducted itself on the real estate industry, the results of which it makes publicly available. This transparency, and the wider work of the platform, aim to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the estate agency market in an alternative way to other market players.
