Who you are
- This role requires strong product execution, the ability to translate complex data into intuitive user experiences, and a deep understanding of advertiser needs
- 4–8 years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles in ad tech, data products, or performance marketing
- Experience working with campaign performance data, analytics, or measurement systems
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear product experiences and insights
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, and business teams
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Experience with CTV, programmatic advertising, or measurement/attribution ecosystems is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around product direction
What the job involves
- You will own the product strategy for CTV Advertiser Success within Moloco Ads, building the capabilities that help advertisers understand, trust, and improve campaign performance
- This includes:
- Owning the roadmap for insights and reporting products that deliver reliable, transparent, and actionable data to advertisers for
- Driving advertiser outcomes by partnering with Data Science to analyze, diagnose, and improve campaign performance
- Developing integrations with key partners across the CTV measurement ecosystem to enable holistic performance visibility
- Your work will directly influence advertiser trust, performance outcomes, and long-term adoption of Moloco’s CTV solutions
- As a Senior Product Manager at Moloco, you will work at the intersection of ads performance, data, and measurement
- You’ll partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to define and execute a roadmap that makes campaign performance more transparent and actionable for advertisers
- You will play a key role in shaping how Moloco delivers insights, reporting, and ecosystem connectivity in a rapidly evolving CTV landscape
