Senior User Experience Motion Designer, Tinder

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, interaction design, or a related field, with a focus on digital products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create purposeful and engaging motion design for digital experiences
• Proficiency in motion design tools such as After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, Lottie, or similar
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product designers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams
• A solid understanding of UX principles and how motion design can enhance usability and improve the overall user experience
• Experience designing and implementing motion for mobile platforms, with an eye for optimizing animations for performance
• The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards for quality and attention to detail
