Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within a SaaS environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle from prospecting all the way to closing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Great collaboration skills, as you’ll be working with different departments, from Product and Tech to Customer Success and Marketing
- A self-starter mindset, proactive in getting things done with a high level of attention to detail
What the job involves
- Team Found is looking for a driven Account Executive to join their small but mighty team
- Found is Lottie’s CRM platform, designed to help clients manage, prioritise, and forecast their occupancy and enquiries
- This is an awesome opportunity for anyone who loves prospecting, demoing, and closing deals, while building strong relationships with new partners
- You’ll have a huge amount of autonomy to drive new client acquisition and generate revenue, with support from every corner
- You’ll have direct access to sales, product, engineering, the Founders, and the wider Commercial team
- Identify and prospect new potential clients and partners for Found by Lottie
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value of Found
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Negotiate contracts and terms with new partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure their long-term success with Found
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding for new partners
- Provide market feedback and insights to the Product team to inform future development
- Driving new client acquisition and revenue growth for the Found platform
- Ensuring successful new partner relationships from initial contact through to long-term engagement
- Effectively communicating the value of Found through compelling product demonstrations and negotiations
- Collaborating internally to ensure smooth onboarding and to provide valuable market insights for product development

- Technical assessment interview with two members of Lottie’s commercial team
- Final interview with Will Donnelly (Lottie’s Co-Founder & CEO)

- Pre-Screen & First Interview: You'll receive an email notification, but no specific feedback will be provided at this stage
- Hiring Manager Interview: If you are unsuccessful after this interview, you will receive constructive feedback via email
- Case Study: If you are not successful after the case study, you'll receive constructive feedback via email and be offered a debrief call with our Talent Lead
- Final Interview: For final-stage candidates who are not offered the role, we will provide your feedback live via a phone call

Choosing a care home is often a hugely daunting, complex, and expensive process, coming at a time that's already stressful enough. What's more, the UK's ageing population is growing at an increasing rate, putting more strain on social care than ever before. Lottie aims to address this in part by simplifying the process of finding the perfect care home for every individual's specific needs. Having received investment, Lottie aims to continue its growth to reshape the future of the care industry. It is doing so with a strong emphasis on data and real-time information, collecting datasets that will be vital not just to its business operations, but potentially to the UK government and healthcare policy too.
