Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in the Salon industry
- Ability to confidently demo new features and packages to our existing clients
- Proven ability to close sales and increase annual revenue
- Excellent communication skills; email, phone and in person when necessary
- Knowledgeable and comfortable speaking with salons about the benefits of our integrated payments features. Ability to learn the details of the payment processes used at Phorest, financial implications for salons
- Strong closing skills
- Excellent pipeline management with the ability to accurately forecast
- Data driven mentality with the ability to identify opportunities using our internal tools
- Be a product expert and Phorest advocate
What the job involves
- We are seeking a motivated and passionate salesperson to join our Grow Team as a Revenue Growth Manager
- The ideal candidate has multi-faceted sales experience in the salon industry with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle, maintain excellent relationships with clients, Salon Success Managers, and cross-functional teams
- The objective of this position is to identify new opportunities & increase the overall revenue of our client base
- Demo features to clients to encourage upgrades to higher packages
- Introduce clients to our Phorest Pay features and work with the Global Payments team on payments rates for our salons
- Work with our Post Sales Management Team to identify new opportunities within the client base to target
