Our take

It’s hard to feel in control when you suffer a health problem, which is why Evergreen Life created its personal health record app. Giving control back to the patient, it’s a health and wellbeing platform that empowers its users throughout their primary and secondary care journeys.

Collating all of its users' health information in one place, Evergreen helps patients be better informed through access to their GP services and personal health records, all whilst providing personalised wellness and fitness tips. What’s more, the depth of information on its platform has led to its use by life science institutions as a research resource.

Founded in 2014 by an NHS business leader, Evergreen has grown its reach through a number of acquisitions and partnerships. These have included Cievert in 2022, which added an oncology and pathology reporting system to Evergreen’s arsenal, as well as a partnership with online prescription platform Healthera in 2026. Evergreen’s expanding capabilities have led to its inclusion on Grant Thornton UK's Clinical Services: Ones to Watch 2026 report, suggesting the continuation of it’s upward trajectory.
