What the job involves
- We are seeking a Manager, Distribution Operations to join the broader Business Development & Distribution team who are working to take Vevo’s business to the next level
- This position will report directly to the VP of Distribution Partnerships and Business Development
- The Business Development & Distribution team plays a key role in the company’s evolving strategy, ensuring that Vevo drives revenue across our platforms
- As Manager, Distribution Operations, you will support all operational facets of Vevo’s CTV expansions and enhancements across our distribution landscape, supporting both existing partnerships and new partner onboarding
- You will ensure that internal and external teams are meeting deadlines and driving to the same priorities set by the leadership team
- This role will work cross-functionally in partnership with Vevo’s Product & Engineering, Revenue Operations, Content & Programming, Finance, and Data Analytics teams, as well as serving as the main POC for Vevo’s distribution related technology vendors
- The ideal candidate has experience in the world of AVOD and FAST channel platforms with a focus on driving platform and channel launches and product enhancements
- This candidate has a working knowledge of the Ad Tech, Product & Engineering, and Data space as it relates to AVOD and FAST Channel platforms
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for all operational needs of Vevo’s distribution partners, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as the main POC for Vevo’s distribution related tech partnerships
- Support the Distribution Partnerships & Business Development team in Vevo’s new distribution partner platform and FAST channel launches, delivering all required collateral (URLs for testing, logos, channel artwork etc)
- Manage tracking and dissemination of CTV distribution partnership information, and communication of all distribution related project timelines, deliverables, and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and improve process inefficiencies within the distribution ecosystem
