- Experience: 6+ years in enterprise Solutions Engineering, with at least 3 years experience in leading and scaling a solutions engineering team within a rapidly growing company or startup environment

What the job involves
- As the Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering at DataSnipper, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of solutions engineers in providing exceptional service and support during the sales process
- You will empower your team to understand customer challenges, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout the sales cycle
- You’ll play a critical role in collaborating up with sales leadership to map out strategies and provide expertise within the sales cycle to ensure our prospects understand the value of DataSnipper and to assist in driving deals forward
- Work closely with prospects and customers to deeply understand their requirements and business needs
- Design and implement streamlined Solutions Engineering processes that accelerate deal velocity
- Create seamless workflows between Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
- Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training for new Solutions Engineers, ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed in customer-facing interactions
- Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for the Solutions Engineering team
- Report on the status of pre-sales engagements, team performance, and overall impact on the sales pipeline
Our take
With data having become a commodity in and of itself, infrastructure must be enforced so as to validate and contextualize it. Datasnipper does just that with its automated data validation platform for auditors.
Repetitive manual work in auditing means decreased efficiency and slower results. Auditors must reconcile data by cross-referencing it with that of older systems, verifying this data with documentation such as invoices, bank statements and previous contracts. Datasnipper’s platform uses intelligent automation that translates these documents directly into Excel spreadsheets, helping auditors make informed decisions at a faster rate.
Initially launched from Bootstrap, Datasnipper has successfully raised to Series B and has had a strong 2024. It doubled its revenue and customer base and reached Unicorn Status, indicating the auditing industry’s embrace of AI as a tool.
