Role
Who you are
- You know the challenges in manufacturing and operations, and you believe in putting the operator in the center
- You can take on and lead projects with complex stakeholder landscapes
- You are comfortable communicating with customer stakeholders from the shop floor to the C-suite
- You’re flexible and can thrive in environments that don’t have defined processes, and you’re excited to help build those processes
- You have experience working in a startup environment or at a minimum are ready to take the plunge
- Fluency in English and French is required
- 3+ years of work experience; prior experience in project management and manufacturing or process engineering is a plus
- BS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Basic coding skills and familiarity with SQL and REST API
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Industry experience in Luxury Goods or Life Sciences is nice to have
What the job involves
- Manage and execute enterprise-level customer projects using Tulip No-Code platform
- Work side-by-side with customers and partners to develop and implement Tulip solutions
- Provide ongoing customer technical support and build and maintain relationships
- Contribute to internal process building, improvement, and collaboration
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to provide insights and feedback based on customer interactions

Tulip’s frontline operations platform is a connected data and process management tool that lets manufacturers create their own visual and interactive apps that connect with machines, tools, sensors, people and the systems used in a production or logistics process in a physical location.
Tulip gives frontline engineers the ability to address their own shop floor needs, guiding workflows and adapting the apps as things change or improvements are made. Customers only pay for the stations they need, driving better cost efficiencies and the ability to start small and scale up. Its no-code platform and powerful integrations allow connection to new and legacy machinery as well as leveraging the Internet of Things. This has attracted partnerships with the likes of Microsoft and AWS.
Tulip wants to be a next generation leader in frontline operations that currently represents a $150B market opportunity. The company's next steps include further expansion into small and medium enterprise businesses in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia as well as significantly increasing its head count to support growth as the low/no code platform marketplace is tipped to hit $45 billion by 2025.
