Role
Who you are
- Hands on experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced company, with strong skills influencing processes and people. You'll also have a strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour.
- You can spin many plates and manage multiple products and priorities and you'll be an excellent communicator who can adjust interactions with different stakeholders to maximise your impact.
- A self-starter who enjoys and has experience owning, shaping, transforming, and delivering a world class product, comfortable with complex problem solving and data-driven decision-making.
- You’re passionate about getting feedback and using this to grow.
Desirable
- Experience in a scale up environment where things are re-prioritised constantly.
- Experience with Notion.
- Experience with CRMs, B2B procurement, Customer Success.
- Experience with agentic service based solutions.
What the job involves
- Prioritise, craft and deliver product features that will bring the most impact and value to our businesses and generators.
- Dive Deep into User Need: Connect with our users to really get their needs, craft crystal-clear user stories, and rank them to make sure we've got both business goals and user satisfaction in perfect harmony.
- Nail Success and Quality standards: Pinpoint and summarise what success looks like for our projects and user stories. Find that sweet spot between speed and top-tier quality.
- Own and measure your bets: Map out your hypothesis and reasoning, back it up with quantative data and qualitative user feedback, set out your success criteria and retro the performance (success or fail!).
- Create synergies: Become the maestro of collaboration among our delivery squads. Break down silos, clear bottlenecks, and ensure a smooth, successful product launch every time.
- AI-first and Market Research: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, regulatory shifts, and what the competition is up to. Leverage this intel to position our product for killer success.

Our take
tem is a next-gen energy transactions company that changes the way renewable energy is bought, sold and powered. Rebalancing the playing field away from "Big Energy", tem creates affordable, traceable and smart energy transaction management tools.
The company provides businesses and consumers with access to the same financial benefits as Big Energy companies by distributing its own purchased energy to customers. Once they’re signed up, customers are matched with a suitable generator, and the tem platform helps execute contracts, take payments, and manage invoicing.
This is a truly disruptive concept, and is proving to be a successful one. tem currently processes over £50 million in direct transactions and saves millions for over 1000 UK businesses wanting to switch from traditional utilities tied to the wholesale market. Whilst UK consumers are notoriously hesitant to switch providers, recent soaring energy prices is luring many into giving it a go.
