  • This individual has a track record of success in Program Management with a deep understanding and interest in Revenue Enablement and is excited to lead Onboarding for a global team of new hires across Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Development

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience of program/project management and a strong familiarity with sales and/or customer success audiences
  • 3-5+ years of experience in in-person facilitation
  • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) & Excel
  • Experience with LMS systems (e.g. Allego)

What the job involves

  • The Revenue Onboarding Enablement Manager’s impact will be to enable our new hires to learn 6sense’s unique value proposition and platform, ensure new hire success, and reduce field ramp times
  • They will own the strategy, development, and execution of our Onboarding program end-to-end, which includes in-person facilitation of Live Academy out of our Austin, TX hub, self-paced learning modules, and a post-Live Academy program
  • Design, execute, and facilitate Onboarding program (<6 months of field tenure)
  • Lead & facilitate New Hire training sessions located in our Austin, TX Hub (1-week long, monthly program)
  • Develop & maintain self-paced learning modules
  • Collaborate with Product SMEs across various GTM functions to build content that is relevant and updated with our latest product knowledge & enhancements
  • Determine Program KPIs & leverage data to assess program effectiveness and impact on reduction of ramp times; make changes to program as necessary to deliver impact where needed
  • Collect feedback from Stakeholders to continuously reiterate program as needed
  • Partner with Enablement Coordinator and People Operations to ensure logistics are optimized for successful program launch

While sales and marketing teams need access to customer data to stay competitive, this information is often scattered around multiple difficult-to-access systems both inside and outside the company. 6sense exists to solve this problem, using AI to bring together disparate data sources such as internal CRMs and social media signals to give sales teams all the information they need in one place.

While other companies have attempted to tackle this problem, 6sense stands out with its ability to provide a complete picture of a company and the leads to pursue within it. This allows teams to accurately prioritise accounts that are most likely to buy, greatly increasing conversion rates and sales figures. This has led to it being taken up by major enterprises including Dell Technologies, Shell and Cisco, to name a few.

6sense has raised a large amount of capital over multiple funding rounds and now has a $5.2 billion valuation. The company remains focused on research and development to maintain its market lead and is working to improve its AI's predictive, insight, and orchestration capabilities. At the end of 2023, it launched a LinkedIn integration that allowed 6Sense customers to launch targeted LinkedIn marketing campaigns through its AI platform.
