Role
Who you are
- At least 5 years of FP&A experience, with a focus on commercial finance. Experience in technology company is a definite advantage
- Proven ability to partner with business and product teams to make them more data-driven and drive changes
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills is MUST
- Strong automation skills and experience with financial systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and concise insights
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge about FP&A tools and related AI to drive efficiencies would be a plus
What the job involves
- You’ll be joining the Finance team at Goodnotes, where one of our major tasks is to work with cross-functional teams and lead financial budgeting and forecasting to drives business outcomes
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with product and business teams to understand their needs and provide financial insights that drive actionable, data-driven decisions
- Maintain complex financial models to support business initiatives and evaluate performance
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risk, and drive
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
- Identify and implement improvements to existing financial processes and systems, with a focus on automation and efficiency
- Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed
