Product Management Associate Director, Wolters Kluwer

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; JD from an accredited college or university is preferred
• 2+ years working in the legal industry (Corporate legal department, law firm, legal operations)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and engaging content
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering impactful presentations at industry events
• Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze trends in the legal market, translating insights into actionable strategies
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, some international
• Successfully work from a remote location

• As the Associate Director, Legal Operations and Industry Insights, you will be responsible for driving our leadership position in legal operations through thought leadership content and channels
• You will serve as a prominent figure in the legal operations space, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to position our organization as an authority in the field
• Your primary accountabilities will include producing thought leadership content, representing the company at industry events, identifying trends in legal operations, and establishing yourself as a go-to expert in legal operations
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in legal operations
• Proactively identify and analyze trends in legal operations, providing insights that inform the company's marketing and strategic decisions
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on legal operations trends, providing guidance to cross-functional teams and informing the development of products and services

• Lead efforts to mine the ELM Solutions LegalVIEW database, identifying key law firm rate, staffing and other trends supported by the data
• Publish reports, articles and other content that showcase the data and insights
• Support development of a comprehensive legal operations thought leadership content strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, and drives share of voice leadership in the market
• Write and publish high-quality articles, whitepapers, blog posts, and other relevant content to showcase innovative ideas and insights in legal operations
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, marketing, and product, to gather information and ensure content accuracy
• Serve as a captivating and influential speaker at key industry events, conferences, webinars, and seminars to share expertise and represent the organization
• Establish and nurture relationships with industry influencers, associations, and partners to enhance the company's visibility in the legal operations community
• Represent Wolters Kluwer in industry and association groups, helping drive initiatives that support Wolters Kluwer solutions and strategy
