Who you are
- The ideal candidate is an organized, client-focused leader with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering value to customers
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an excellent communicator, and is excited about the opportunities that come with working in a dynamic startup
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in implementing enterprise customers (6,7 or 8 figure account sizes)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing software solutions and integrations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
What the job involves
- We are searching for an Enterprise Implementation Manager, with exceptional Project Management skills, to join our Implementations Team
- This is a high impact role and plays a critical role in ensuring successful Enterprise customer onboarding
- The Enterprise Implementation Manager will lead the successful deployment, integration, and adoption of the Wisedocs solution across enterprise clients
- This role focuses on project management, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring client success throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Plan, manage, and execute enterprise-level implementations, ensuring alignment with customer goals and timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during the implementation process, building trust and fostering strong relationships
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Partner with clients to understand their workflows, processes, and goals, tailoring the Wisedocs solution to meet their unique needs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering, to deliver seamless implementations
- Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Establish and refine implementation frameworks and best practices to drive consistent, high-quality project outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve the implementation process, leveraging feedback from clients and internal teams
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, using insights to optimize future implementations
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers are fully equipped to maximize the value of the Wisedocs solution
- Provide hands-on support to address questions, manage change, and resolve issues during the onboarding process
- Ensure smooth transitions from implementation to Customer Success, setting clients up for long-term success

Its automated processing software tackles this head-on, aiming to contribute to better overall healthcare by freeing up valuable manpower and time currently spent on paperwork.
Wisedocs has successfully developed an AI-powered solution that demonstrably outperforms traditional methods of handling unstructured medical documents. Hence, the company streamlines the process of clinician notes, medical briefs, records, assessments, and discharge summaries.
Backed by prominent investors, Wisedocs successfully launched in the US in 2022, followed by the opening of a new American headquarters to support its growing US customer base. This was followed by further funding in 2024. It believes its product can significantly reshape the American healthcare and insurance landscape, where streamlining paperwork and unlocking critical data are major concerns.
