Role
Who you are
- Engineer’s degree OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in CRM & Systems Management
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or others
- As Salesforce is being used by Implicity commercial teams, candidate with good Salesforce knowledge will be prioritized
- Apex & Python skills required
- SQL has no secret for you
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Knowledge of SaaS Revenue modeling and key performance metrics is a plus.
- Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
- Ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in different process
- The ability to create and track key performance indicators
- CRM & System Admin handle many different tasks at once, so being extremely organized is very important
- The ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Promote Team Cohesion, ease communication and share information and resources willingly
- The ability to be proactive to identify and solve collaboration obstacles

What the job involves
- We're hiring a CRM & Systems Admin for a brand-new role to join and expand our Operations team
- Working as a partner with our Revenue Operations Manager, you will have to set the new standards on how to measure performance across our Revenue Funnel thanks to optimized and automatized systems
- Manage and maintain the CRM platform and related business systems
- Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings
- Implement system updates and enhancements to optimize functionality
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop automated solutions for data cleansing and deduplication
- Design and implement integrations between CRM and other business applications
- Create workflows and automation to streamline business processes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users
- Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions to maximize user adoption
- Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets

- We are currently creating our Revenue Operations Team, with both Revenue Operations profiles and System Admin. We are looking as much for our First System Admin then for our possible future Head of Revenue Operations or Lead System Admin

Our take
The MedTech boom has seen many innovations through the 2010s, and Implicity, a remote patient monitoring and cardiac data management company, has definitely had a clear lineage of growth since its founding in 2016.
Implicity develops software to monitor and analyse the information from pacemakers and cardiovascular devices to aid physicians and healthcare professionals through all stages of a patient’s treatment. However, maintaining growth on one product alone is hard, especially with so much Medtech competition. Implicity remedies this with its other product, a data analysis platform that uses AI and cloud technology to analyse the devices linked up to its aforementioned pacemaker and cardio health platform. Implicity leverages this data for use in patient management, clinical studies, and R&D.
Playing both fields of MedTech has diversified the draw for hospitals and companies to Implicity. It continues to update and diversify the double offering via updates to its systems with the company hoping to exemplify the continued innovation that is key to MedTech company growth.
