What the job involves
- Day-to-day handling of KYC Queues (such as Emails, Verification of KYC Documents, Escalations, Processing of Withdrawals etc depending on team, as per daily tasks assigned by the Team Lead and/or Senior on Duty)
- Strive to achieve individual KPIs as discussed with the Team Lead
- Complete thorough risk assessments when customers are identified via internal triggers and reports and complete actions to address any account activity concerns found
- Analyse and interpret account activity in order to identify behaviour that may indicate problem gambling, money laundering and/or fraud concerns
- Be a point of contact in the wider operations team for subject-areas concerning your team
- Work closely with your team, the Compliance team and the other Operations teams to identify areas of weakness and process improvement possibilities
