Paid Search Account Manager, Lastminute.com

• A proven track record of managing and optimising Paid Search large accounts, with solid experience in Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-million budgets and complex account structures across multiple markets
• Deep understanding of smart bidding, automation, and audience strategies
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and performance reporting
• Highly data-driven and analytical, with the ability to translate insights into action
• Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and measurement frameworks
• Strong collaboration mindset and eagerness to work with teams beyond SEM to scale impact
• Advanced level of Italian

Desirable

• Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
• As a key member of the SEM team, you’ll work closely with the SEM Team Lead to plan, execute, and analyse paid search campaigns across multiple brands and products, with a clear focus on Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Microsoft Advertising
• Your goal: ensure all campaigns align with our business and marketing objectives, pushing constantly for optimisation, automation, and innovation
• Take full ownership of SEM performance for a specific market or product area
• Identify growth opportunities and lead testing, scaling, and optimisation initiatives
• Deliver actionable insights and drive measurable impact through data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Branding, Analytics, Pricing) to enhance campaign efficiency and innovation
• Develop and maintain best practices for SEM and share knowledge within the team
• Contribute to automation projects (scripts, rules, feed management) to streamline campaign operations
