Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing role
- 2+ years of experience in a startup SaaS environment; preferably PLG SMB, or construction-tech related
- Proven success building and managing co-marketing campaigns and joint lead generation with strategic partners
- Understanding of partner dynamics in an SMB SaaS or tech environment, especially in aligning sales, product, and marketing
- You’ve had experience building successful partner marketing processes and systems that are scalable/repeatable
- Skilled in creating co-branded content with partner involvement
- Experience tracking and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs like lead conversion and ROI
- Ability to develop resources and training materials to empower partners in marketing joint offerings
- You’re highly organized, detail oriented, and can multitask
- You have superior written and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable being customer-facing
- You enjoy traveling and working on the go
- You’re self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and problem solve quickly
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Suite a huge plus!
- Familiarity with marketing tech stack tools (e.g., HubSpot, PartnerStack, Webflow)
What the job involves
- The Partner Marketing Manager will drive co-marketing and partner enablement initiatives to support the growth of Roofr’s strategic partnership channel
- This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with expertise in building co-marketing programs with a wide range of different partner types, including joint campaigns, content creation, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing initiatives that engage shared audiences, and maximize pipeline growth
- Work closely with revenue and marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner marketing objectives
- Develop and implement detailed quarterly co-marketing strategies with key partners to drive mutual growth
- Work closely with the Revenue team to establish partner marketing programs aimed at generating new branch activations and building programs to enable and delight existing customer partner branches
- Own end-to-end project management of co-marketing campaigns from project briefs and timelines to budgets and campaign performance
- Execute joint digital and in-person co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with partner teams, utilizing a mix of channels including email, print, webinars, content marketing, events, and other sponsorships
- Work with content creators and designers to develop co-branded marketing assets, templates, case studies, and thought leadership pieces that highlight partner integrations and success
- Design and deliver resources, tools, and training to enable partners and affiliates to effectively market and sell joint offerings; support the development of a partner portal
- Measure and optimize co-marketing campaigns, using data to make improvements and share ROI insights with stakeholders
- Track and manage contracts, a partner library, vendors, campaign calendar, and inventory
- Work closely with Roofr’s Field Marketing team to drive Branch engagement and activations, as well as supporting the contractor funnel through events in joint partner / Roofr event
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all partner program communications, aligning with Roofr’s brand voice and value-based campaign messaging

Roofing is one of those manual industries that’s been around forever, and can sometimes feel like it still exists in a completely pre-digital age. But Roofr’s on a mission to change that, with its software platform designed to modernize the industry.
One of its main selling points is that it offers roofers the ability to give instant estimates. It works with companies like Nearmap, whose low-altitude planes take high-resolution photos for mapping. This provides roofing companies with high-quality imagery of the roof to be able to give an estimate without a site visit - easier for the company and customer.
A few other start-ups are aiming to reinvent the roofing industry, but roofing is a $40 billion-a-year industry, so there's ample opportunity for growth. Roofr has raised substantial funding and already earned recognition in this sector, enabling it to strengthen its platform and continue to broaden its reach.
