Who you are
- This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives on balancing creative campaign design with data-driven execution
- 7–10+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success driving pipeline growth in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity/ecommerce industries
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, and 6sense, along with Salesforce CRM
- Strong track record of executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales
- Analytical mindset with experience building and interpreting dashboards, reports, and campaign insights
- Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders

What the job involves
- The Senior Manager, Demand Generation will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth for Forter
- You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and the broader Marketing team to develop and optimize demand generation programs across multiple channels
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the global demand generation strategy, with clear goals for pipeline creation, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion
- Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, ABM, email, webinars, and events
- Funnel Optimization: Monitor performance across the funnel, applying testing and data insights to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on ICP, lead scoring, and SLA processes. Enable SDRs with effective follow-up strategies
- Technology & Operations: Manage marketing automation and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to support campaign execution and reporting
- Analytics & Reporting: Own KPIs for demand generation. Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI for executive stakeholders
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small but growing demand generation team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
