Role
Who you are
- A minimum of 18 month B2B closing sales experience.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and effectively.
- Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles, multi-threading stakeholders & functions.
- Strong collaboration skills, you thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and drive deals forward.
What the job involves
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for inbound leads to successfully close business deals.
- Run tailored product demos for business owners, HR leaders, and C-level executives, clearly communicating how our Employee Benefit solution meets their specific needs.
- Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover, uninterrupted onboarding and a strong user activation.
- Leverage proven SaaS sales methodologies and be trained in the MEDDICC framework to best win new business.
- Provide product feedback and customer insights to help shape the product roadmap and sales strategies.
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s continued success.

Our take
New cars and vans powered wholly by petrol and diesel will not be sold in the UK from 2030. Because of this, there is expected to be a huge shift in the market towards electric vehicles. In 2021, hybrid and plug-in electric vehicles accounted for just 18.5% of car registrations, so there is a long way to go.
From 6th April 2020 the UK government introduced huge tax savings for people who lease an electric vehicle through their company. The Electric Car Scheme makes it easy for people to access these tax savings through salary sacrifice, essentially offering the Cycle-to-Work Scheme - but for electric cars.
Anyone looking to lease an electric car can use The Electric Car Scheme to get the tax savings. That’s 20-50% off of the cost of the car lease, which makes it much more attractive than petrol or diesel cars. The Electric Car Scheme has great tailwinds given the shift, and will be moving fast to try and capitalise on it.
