Who you are
- An effective communicator used to managing stakeholders in different functions across the business
- 1-3 years in a project management capacity or X-functional job in a mid-sized company or a management training program
- FMCG experience is a plus
- Experienced at managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to shift priorities to meet rapidly evolving business needs
- Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus with a global team
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion, and operate with limited oversight
- An eagerness to learn and tackle any issue that may arise

What the job involves
- As we have continued to expand into more retailers, more categories and more markets our retail business now outweighs that of our online DTC offering. The Retail team is therefore key to driving brand awareness and growth for Harry’s internationally
- The Retail Marketing Team is a critical function that drives Harry's brand strategy and growth within our mass retail partners
- Retail Marketing is the connective tissue between Retail and Brand and our team is charged with protecting brand amidst commercial pressures
- Our team is responsible for all customer development activities at each retailer, cultivating relationships across all functions – merchandising, Marketing, Operations and Store execution
- The Retail Marketing Project Coordinator will be integral to the retail arm of our business by coordinating ISM projects that will serve to influence shopper behaviour and stimulate demand
- They will interface with internal and external stakeholders to lead the coordination, execution, and performance tracking of all retail customer programs, ensuring that all in-store projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget for UK & EU retail
- Deliver against annual retail marketing objectives by project managing in-store activity plans with a focus on driving productivity and quality and on time delivery
- Manage the end-to-end design queue for all “go-to-market” projects across Harry’s. Accountable for inspecting and editing final deliverables for accuracy, quality and adherence to brand specifications
- Keep the Retail marketing team on track with projects from start to finish
- Manage resource calendar to ensure projects are developed in line with pre-agreed timings
- Own ISM tracker inputs and all retailer ISM with Sourcing
- Help coordinate creative deliverables
- Be the go to for process related ISM development queries from the UK & EU side
- Facilitate weekly cross-functional project management meetings and act as a liaison across all Harry’s cross-functional partners including Design, Brand, Supply Chain, and 3rd party suppliers to collect feedback and relay project updates to the retail team in a timely and fact-based manner
- Track program budgets, expenses and campaign response with focus on future efficiency improvements with sourcing counterpart
- Maintains standardised templates + resources
- Owns timely update and accuracy of ISM drives
- Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager and working closely with the Retail Team
- You will work most closely with Supply Chain, Design, Creative, and external retail contacts

Harry's shot onto the scene in 2012 with the simple idea of great razors at fair prices. And at a time when buying blades felt like taking out a small loan, Harry's built a direct-to-consumer brand that made men's shaving feel modern and affordable. So, what started as an online upstart quickly grew into a serious player, landinow on the shelves of major retailers and one of the best known names in men's grooming.
The road hasn't been entirely smooth as in 2020, a planned billion-dollar sales to Edgewell Personal Care (the owner of brands like Schnik) was blocked by the Federal Trade Commission on competition grounds. At the time, this looks like a major setback, however, it have Harry's the room to keep building on its own terms. Instead of folding into a legacy giant, the company doubled down on growth, raised fresh capital and continued to expand its reach in retail and product lines.
Now, the company isn't just a small startup taking on the razor establishment. It has broadened its grooming range well beyond blade, built a loyal customer base, and proved it can compete both online and in-store. What began as a challenger brand has evolved into a mainstay of the men's personal care aisle.
