Senior Data Scientist, Kittl

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working with Deep Learning
• Experience with training or fine-tuning AI models (LLMs, Vision LLMs, text-to-image models)
• Practical experience training models in a Cloud Environment (eg: AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML Studio)
• Hands on experience with frameworks and libraries, such as PyTorch and Hugging Face
• Proficiency in programming in Python, software design, and code reviews
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment

• As our Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for training generative AI models that solve complex problems and drive innovation
• You will be part of a rapidly growing AI team, working on state-of-the-art AI models
• Train and fine-tune AI models (LLMs, Vision LLMs) to solve complex problems
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, by reading white papers, ideally writing an implementation for the ones that can have a large impact on the quality of the models if an opensource one is not already available
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI solutions that meet those needs
