Who you are

Flawless spoken/written skills in several languages
Minimum of 5y b2b sales/business development experience in high tech/emerging technology or complex business companies in the UK or in Central/Eastern Europe (bonus point 👉 xp in the betting industry)
Demonstrated success with long-cycle sales campaigns in a fast-paced and competitive market
A drive to bring esports betting up to the level of traditional sports 🎮
As a true lobbyist you can use multiple contacts within an organization to progress and close a deal

What the job involves

Navigate amongst our ecosystem and identify key prospects in the Eastern & Central European region
Work and sign with PandaScore's largest clients (300k€+/year deals)
Guide bookmakers on their esports strategy from risk management to customer acquisition
Deeply care for our customers and find relevant solutions to their challenges & expectations
Continuously communicate with the Customer Success & Product teams about market expectations & requests to keep a competitive offer
Become a true esports evangelist to industry decision makers

Our take

Esports is beginning to exceed the popularity of traditional sports with some younger generations. The industries explosive growth is dependent on better data. Better data lets media companies broadcast more engaging content, bookmakers offer better esports products, and teams and tournaments capture more lucrative sponsoring money.

Collecting data from ongoing esports matches, PandaScore uses its AI tech to sift out and examine the most useful pieces of information as it happens. Esports broadcasters can in turn use this data, supplied via an API, to give their audiences a richer and more fun experience. Their data also helps betting traders to set better odds.

Pandascore currently works with League of Legends, FIFA, Dota 2 and Overwatch. The company has also been working with e-sports teams, such as PSG’s League of Legends and FIFA teams. Competitions have also tried using Pandascore, such as the DreamHack in France or the Gamers Assembly.
