• As a People Success Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with all leadership structures in your assigned teams, as well as the entire People & Talent team
• Partner with our Tech teams to ensure they are high-performing, engaged, and supported
• Coach and advise managers, providing clear, steady guidance to help them navigate challenges with confidence and to support them to set up their teams for success
• Manage team member relations issues, including performance concerns, grievances disciplinary actions if necessary, ensuring all our team members are treated with empathy and fairness
• Be knowledgeable and considerate of the complexity of supporting a fully remote team, across almost 60 countries. Both by being knowledgable about employment law, and cultural nuances
• Support leaders in ensuring People's OKR’s are met, such as regular Performance Reviews, Compensation Reviews, talent development and engagement initiatives etc
• Design and implement People programs that form part of our People OKRs such as job leveling frameworks, performance management enhancements, and engagement strategies
• Working closely with the People Operations team to support and share feedback on policies and processes
• Support with yearly Headcount Planning & Forecasts with the People Director, Talent, and Hiring Managers
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders, offering insights that drive both business and People success
• Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture that fosters growth and collaboration
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels
