Who you are
- Dispatch/Controller/Call centre experience
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Experience delighting customers and exceeding expectations on every interaction. This experience may have been earned from a call centre or fast-paced retail environment
- Be resilient - You should enjoy and look forward to spending your day solving challenging problems in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy accountability, a performance-driven culture, with an internal fire to be a top performer
- Self-motivated
- Highly organised with very strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
What the job involves
- You are at the centre of Gett, liaising between drivers, vendors and customers to ensure we deliver an expectational level of service
- You will be the best person for our customers, proactively finding solutions in order to service orders within our agreed SLA with top-tier B2B clients and VIP Users
- Ability to multi-task; using different tools and systems to support customers, vendors and drivers
- To deliver a world-class service experience on every interaction with customers (B2B top tier)
- Monitor specific B2B accounts with a high level of consistency (KPI driven)
- Willingness to learn new processes and support ongoing business requirements
- Comfortable liaising with time-sensitive orders
- Proactively check orders, record/note take interactions between customers, vendors and drivers
- To be available during the following shifts from Monday to Sunday (including Christmas and Bank Holidays)
