• The Revenue Operations team is the glue that binds our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams together, while also working closely with Finance and Operations to provide data-driven insights that support the best commercial decisions
• We're responsible for optimizing the systems, processes, and data that drive revenue growth
• As a Revenue Operations Associate, you'll be a key player in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue-generating engine
• You'll be a problem-solver, a data enthusiast, and a champion for process improvement
• Salesforce and Hubspot Administration: Maintaining and updating our Salesforce and Hubspot CRMs, including managing user accounts, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity, by working with the sales team to uphold accuracy and confidence in reporting
• Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Data Analysis: Analysing sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights
• System Support: Providing support to users on our various systems, integrations, and technologies
• Project Management: Assisting with the implementation of new tools and technologies, as well as managing ongoing projects related to revenue operations
