• 6–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior leaders in fast-growing, globally distributed organizations
• Proven ability to manage highly complex calendars, priorities, and competing demands with strong judgment and attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills across multiple high-stakes workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting communications, summarizing discussions, and driving clarity across stakeholders
• A proactive, high-reliability mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through consistently
• High levels of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
• Experience supporting leadership team operations, planning processes, or executive cadences
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Navan, Jira, Confluence, and modern AI/LLM tools

• Own and optimize highly complex calendars across multiple executives, balancing competing technical and business priorities

• Anticipate conflicts, proactively resolve scheduling challenges, and protect executive focus time
• Ensure meetings are purposeful, well-prepared, and aligned to clear outcomes
