Business Development Representative, PERSUIT®

• 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly driven, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the team

• We’re building out our Go-To-Market team, and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us
• In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a key role in fueling PERSUIT’s growth
• You’ll partner closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities
• This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, driven, and eager to grow within a high-performing sales organization
• Prospect outbound with potential clients via phone, and other channels to generate interest in PERSUIT
• Drive outbound contact to book meetings with target personas
• Collaborate with Account Executives to generate and schedule meetings
• Research target accounts and hyper-personalize outreach to key decision-makers
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up in our CRM
• Continuously learn about PERSUIT’s product, market trends, and customer needs to refine messaging
