Role
Who you are
- 2-5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Fleet Manager, or in a similar role
- Experience in the automotive industry or with body repair shops is a big plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a talent for building trusted relationships
- Fluency in German and English
- A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to developing new opportunities
- Familiarity with cost calculation software is an advantage
- A curious, open-minded, and collaborative attitude

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Network Account Manager to drive the growth and success of Fixico’s body repair network in Germany
- You will be the key link between Fixico and our repair partners, ensuring that every workshop thrives on our platform and that the network continues to grow in quality and performance
- In this role, you will combine strong relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset
- You will onboard new repair partners, support them in achieving their business goals, and help them get the most out of the Fixico platform
- You will also identify new opportunities for expansion and help Fixico build a market-leading network across Germany
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with Fixico’s repair partners across Germany
- Onboard new partners and ensure they are fully set up for success on the Fixico platform
- Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Assess uncovered regions and ensure nationwide coverage through strategic partner acquisition
- Support repair partners in using Fixico’s digital tools to improve operations and achieve better business outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to scale Fixico’s presence in Germany
- Drive partner satisfaction, product usage, and retention
- Identify and act upon new business opportunities to expand Fixico’s network

Our take
Getting a car repaired after damage can often be a slow, frustrating and not to mention, unclear process. Drivers usually have to deal with multiple phone calls, wait days for quote, struggle to understand costs or timelines, and most importantly, be without their car. For insurers, managing repairs across many garages add even more complexity, making it harder to deliver a smooth and fast customer experience. As expectations rise for quicker, more transparent services, the traditional repair process just isn't cutting it anymore.
Fixico is working to simplify this by turning the repair journey into a fully digital experience. Its platform connects insurers, fleet owners, and repair shops in one place, allowing damage to be assessed, quoted, and managed online. Meaning customers can get quotes faster, communication more clearly, and better visibility on their repair progress.
Recently, Fixico has gained momentum through a major partnership with Ominimo in the Netherlands, where it will manage all vehicles repairs through its platform. This deal shows trust in Fixico's ability to deliver fast, high-quality service at scale. As it continues to partner with fast-growing insurers and expand across Europe, Fixico is gearing up to play a bigger role in modernising how car repairs are handled.
