Who you are

Experience engaging and motivating remote and hybrid teams
Experience in project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
Must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2025
We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2025, slated to graduate no earlier than May 2028
You must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the 12-week internship

What the job involves

Help manage a variety of disciplines including artists, designers, software engineers, QA and other production staff
Help keep the project schedule and support the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring quality, collaboration and communication. You will report to a Development Director on the production team
Provide task and backlog management to employees across diverse skillsets within a single project team
Support planning, scrum and sprint retrospective sessions with their team in an Agile development framework
Partner with Development Directors and production to manage scope and quality
