Who you are
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting or media agency setting
- 1+ years of experience with an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Zeta’s rapid growth
- Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across multiple roles
- You will partner with the greater Talent Acquisition and Global People & Culture teams to enhance the candidate experience and support recruiting projects as needed
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels
- Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse
- Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
