BA/BS in business administration, law, finance or a related degree
JD Required
8+ years of contracts experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in a professional environment
Experience with Evisort is a plus
Life Science industry experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

What the job involves

Reporting to the VP of Finance and Sales Operations, the Contract Attorney will be responsible for providing end-to-end contract support for the Company
You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements (customer contracts, distribution agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, vendor agreements among other types of contracts)
Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of contracts covering a range of customer, vendor and commercial transactions
Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in Evisort Contracts System
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters
Monitor contract terms, milestones and significant dates and proactively determine course of action with respect to close-out, extension or renewal activities in accordance with what is in Seer’s best interest
Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself
Answer questions from internal stakeholders and external customers regarding our standard contracts and T&Cs

More specifically, Seer's life sciences and health data platform helps detect life-threatening diseases before symptoms start to show.
