Engineering Manager, Wpromote

• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a staff leadership or management role
• Deep expertise in SQL, Python or analogous back-end language and API frameworks, with a strong understanding of scalable data architectures
• Real-world experience with APIs and integrating third-party services (e.g., Google, Meta APIs)
• Operated in a continuous integration environment focused on rapid iteration, frequent incremental changes, and swift feedback loops
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and results-driven outcomes
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerized architectures, and scalable SaaS platforms
• Expertise in monitoring performance metrics and using data to ensure high productivity and product quality
• A track record of owning engineering projects and delivering measurable business impact
