Who you are
- Technical Competency: Experience with technical security practices such as penetration testing, incident response, and an understanding of cyber-attack TTPs
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate security-related topics to technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring messages effectively
- Domain Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC2 Type II, GDPR, and NIS2, with experience implementing and managing an ISMS
- Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate delays, and adjust plans to align with dynamic business and security requirements
- Problem Solving: Skilled in addressing compliance and security challenges, writing production-ready documentation, and contributing to cross-functional improvements
What the job involves
- We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our Security team
- In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and compliance of our systems and operations
- You will balance governance, risk, and compliance responsibilities with a solid understanding of technical security
- Your contributions will help maintain our strong security posture while aligning with our business goals
- Develop and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS), aligning with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC2 Type II standards
- Coordinate and manage annual security audits, including risk assessments, audit preparation, and certification processes
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across our systems, vendors, and customers
- Monitor and respond to potential threats by utilizing security tools and threat intelligence, contributing to incident response and investigation efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, legal, and business teams to ensure security measures meet compliance and business needs
