Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 4–7+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, or client success, ideally in adtech or digital media
  • Proven track record of growing complex, high-value client relationships through upselling and solution expansion
  • Executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic discussions
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to tie business objectives to advertising and media strategy
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and digital advertising terminology; hands-on campaign management experience is a plus but not required

What the job involves

  • As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will manage adMarketplace’s most critical and high-value client partnerships
  • You will be responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and relationship depth across multiple initiatives and operating groups
  • As the quarterback for these partnerships, you will ensure consistency in service delivery, foster high-level stakeholder engagement (VP to CEO), and align internal teams to deliver on key priorities such as shopping ads, data integration, and international expansion
  • Develop and execute a holistic account strategy, ensuring alignment on goals, initiatives, and timelines across multiple client teams and geographies
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior client leadership, expanding engagement across verticals and securing buy-in for new initiatives
  • Act as a quarterback to drive key initiatives, including expanding into new media products, data integration solutions, and international expansion, to deliver on partnership goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Campaign Management, FP&A, Business Analytics, Product, and Tech—to execute initiatives, resolve escalations, and ensure alignment across departments
  • Advocate for the client’s needs internally, ensuring alignment across product, technology, and operations teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions
  • Track, analyze, and report on key partnership metrics, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimize outcomes
  • Represent the organization in high-level discussions, ensuring the client views us as a trusted and strategic partner
