People Solutions Engineer, Astranis

• 2+ years experience in People Operations, technical operations, or a systems-focused role
• Degree in a technical, systems, or data-related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on experience integrating and managing People systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS)
• Familiarity with curriculum development, learning program design, and training delivery logistics
• Strong foundational understanding of data infrastructure
• Data-fluent; comfortable cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing workforce metrics
• Clear communicator with strong process-thinking skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
