Who you are

Experienced paralegal, with a minimum of 7 years of experience working on marketing and/or intellectual property matters
Strong preference given to candidates with in-house experience at an entertainment, advertising or tech company
Prior experience with content clearance a plus
Working knowledge of advertising and marketing laws and regulations
Knowledge of rules and regulations related to promotions, including sweepstakes and contests
Genuine desire to work in gaming, including mobile, with enthusiasm for the industry
Ability to communicate clearly and timely to various stakeholders
Comfortable balancing multiple matters simultaneously and able to appropriately prioritize projects to meet business goals
Must be a team player with a good sense of humor

What the job involves

Assist with content clearance across our mobile games and studios
Review mobile games marketing and sales assets for compliance with legal guidelines and standards
Draft, update, and maintain legal marketing resources and guidelines for internal business use
Assist with clearance of mobile games sweepstakes, contests, and promotional offers, including drafting rules and terms
Review mobile games product-related submissions during game development process for adhere to legal guidance
Conduct trademark screening searches; analyze results and draft summaries and recommendations for counsel
Ongoing comprehensive review of internal legal review process and provide recommendations for improvement and implementation of recommended changes
