Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused forward deployed engineer who can drive successful enterprise onboardings, manage complex API and webhook integrations, and bridge technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless platform adoption and scalability
- The ideal candidate combines strong coding ability (Python preferred) with hands-on project management and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A proficient technical background - to understand APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management
- Proven project management with multiple parties across time zones
- Be extremely customer facing, and have a resilient, troubleshooting mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to query data and build dashboards
What the job involves
- Enable success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platform
- Coordinate development lifecycle of various third party integrations and SIEMs
- Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues (SAML, OAuth, etc)
- Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customers
- Proactively identify and scale customer limits on the Doppel platform
- Manage the development of 4-5 parallel integration work streams with multiple stakeholders
- Set and maintain deadlines with clear communications
- Bridge communication gaps between engineering and other non technical functions
- API/Webhook enablement for marketing, CSMs, sales engineers, and customers
- Own product adoption and usage metrics related to integrations
- Create and maintain dashboards to track customer API/webhook usage and system health
- Document and iterate on onboarding and integration best practices
Our take
While the NFT space is often one that is enticing to investors and traders, there are persistent issues with fraud in the market. Cybercriminals are able to pass off any image as their own intellectual property, and while NFT marketplaces do abide by copyright laws this kind of fraud can be hard to spot before money changes hands. The damage to a brand's reputation and customer trust can be hard to rectify.
Doppel exists to solve this problem. Using an AI model trained to spot fraud and IP violations, it indexes NFT data across most of the major blockchains and flags potentially fraudulent NFTs. Trusted by Opensea, Dapper and numerous other marketplaces, Doppel scans over 1.5 million NFTs daily and has identified over 100,000 threats in the marketplace.
Doppel has raised significant funding, its 2025 round aimed at accelerating product innovation and expanding its capabilities beyond NFT fraud detection into broader social engineering defense. As AI-driven scams become more sophisticated, the company is ready as a multi-channel security platform, helping organizations detect, prevent, and respond to threats across digital environments.
